Chris Bloodworth, MBA, LLB (Hons), FIRRV, MCMI
Chris started his career in local government, eventually ending up as a revenues manager at a Welsh local authority. After 24 years in local government, he left the sector to become a consultant with a revenues and benefits consultancy company in London.
Following several successful years as Sales Manager, he joined Rossendales Ltd as a Client Executive and was instrumental in setting up the highly successful Rosendale's Training. He was eventually appointed to the Board as Sales and Marketing Director before taking on the role as Learning and Development Director. When Swift was acquired by Marston Holding in August 2013, he was appointed as Managing Director.
Chris is a fellow of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation and has been a member of the South Wales & West IRRV Association Executive for the last 19 years. He was a lecturer on the 'Law of Council Tax' at the IRRV pre-examination courses in both Newport and Keele Universities for many years.
He currently also acts as a business mentor for the Welsh Government's Business Wales Mentoring Service.
Debbie Price LLB (Hons)
Debbie started her career in the Legal Sector working as a Legal Executive alongside a team of local Solicitors covering all areas of Law.
After gaining qualifications with the Institute of Legal Executives in both Law and Practice, Debbie decided it was time to look for a fresh challenge.
This challenge came in the form of Swift, with Debbie joining the company in March 1991.
Using her legal background, Debbie was a founder member of the Client Services Department at Swift whilst also studying for a Law degree to build on her legal knowledge. Debbie gained her Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours in 2006.
Now working as an Account Manager, Debbie uses her wide practical knowledge of the industry, Client and Customer needs to deliver Client satisfaction and works with her colleagues to develop and improve the business.
Lee started his career 15 years ago at Swift. He started out at the company as an Assistant Administrator working on Revenues. After a short while, Lee began to produce software and tools that helped his colleagues. From this, the Swift IT department was born.
Throughout the years Lee worked with the business to automate and streamline business processes, introducing PDA devices to replace paper and eventually moving to tablet devices.
When Swift was acquired by Marston Holdings in August 2013 he became a member of the IT Development team for the Group.
Sharon Bradwick, AMInstLM
Client Services and Support Manager
Sharon joined Swift on 8 December 2014, gaining promotion to the Client Services and Support Manager and now oversees the running of the Administration and Enforcement Support departments. Prior to Joining Swift, Sharon worked from a Government department and was an Operations Manager in HMRC. After 26 years Sharon left for new challenges.
Sharon has an accreditation in Managing Development and is also an accredited member of the Institute of Learning and Management. Sharon also has an AAT Level 2 Qualification in Accountancy.
Her role covers areas that she is passionate about, supporting, leading, motivating and developing her dedicated and hardworking team, supporting her peers, stakeholders and clients, through trust, effective communication and a commitment to drive and deliver business performance.
